What is Cellular Cosmology?

The Cellular Cosmology (Zellularkosmologie, ZK) is a cosmological model proposing that the universe is not an infinite expanse of empty space dotted with celestial bodies, but rather a self-contained, concentric cell — a cosmic egg with a luminous core at its centre.

The Core Idea

In this model:

• We live on the inner concave surface of a spherical shell.
• At the centre of this sphere burns a luminous core — the Sun, surrounded by planets and stars arranged in concentric layers.
• Light does not travel in straight lines but follows curved paths through a radial gradient of aether density, creating the optical illusion of a convex Earth suspended in infinite space.
• The cosmos is fractal: our cell is nested within larger cells, and contains smaller ones — each with its own centre, its own light.

Not a New Idea

This is not a modern invention. The concentric cosmos appears across civilisations:

• Vedic cosmology (Surya Siddhanta, 6th century) describes a self-contained cosmic structure.
• Hildegard von Bingen (12th century) painted the Fiery Egg — a luminous cosmos enclosed in a shell.
• Plato's Timaeus describes the cosmos as a living being, spherical and self-sufficient.
• The Norse Edda, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, and Islamic cosmology (Quran 79:30 — "the Earth He made egg-shaped") all point to the same archetype.

Why Does It Matter?

The Copernican model displaced humanity from the centre of creation, declaring us accidental inhabitants of an unremarkable rock in an indifferent void. This displacement is not merely astronomical — it is psychological, philosophical, and spiritual.
